How does Chatbot Get my Information?
Respage Chatbot uses our custom feed to teach Chatbot about your property. Your property details and availability data are available all over the internet and is typically at least available from your property website.  We have systems that go out and collect your availability on a regular basis to make sure the Chatbot is reporting the most up-to-date pricing and availability.   

What do I do if I see a discrepency in Chatbot's Response?
We can teach the Chatbot manually. Just email us at support@respage.com to let us know if you'd like an answer changed.

Does Chatbot Speak Spanish?
Yes, if you'd like your Chatbot to speak Spanish let us know and we will activate that feature.
